- General home renovations
2. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided are based on the scope of work discussed and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on:
- Changes to project scope or specifications
- Unforeseen conditions discovered during work
- Material price fluctuations
- Additional work requested by the client
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Generally:
- A deposit may be required to secure your project date
- Progress payments may be required for larger projects
- Final payment is due upon project completion
- We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
4. Project Timeline
We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Material availability
- Permit processing times
- Changes requested by the client
- Unforeseen structural issues
We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption.
5. Permits and Inspections
When required by local regulations, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. The client agrees to provide access to the property for required inspections. Permit fees are typically included in the project quote unless otherwise specified.
6. Warranty
We stand behind our work. Our warranty covers:
- Workmanship defects for a period specified in your contract
- Materials are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
7. Liability
Andres Acuna Services maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our work. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to work
- Damage caused by third parties
- Issues arising from client-supplied materials
- Consequential or indirect damages
8. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled project:
- Cancellations made 7+ days before start date: Full deposit refund
- Cancellations made within 7 days: Deposit may be retained to cover preparation costs
- Cancellations after work has begun: Payment for completed work and materials is due
